ESSENTIAL EYECARE ONLY
As you are probably aware, Routine Eye Examinations have been suspended during the Covid-19 pandemic. Opticians have only been allowed to provide Urgent Eyecare during this time. However, the latest government guidelines state that we can move on to the next phase from June 15th 2020 and offer ‘Essential Eyecare’ as well as ‘Urgent Eyecare’. This means if you have any non urgent concerns about your Eye Health or Glasses, have noticed any changes in your Vision (even if the change is mild) or have broken your Glasses, we would be happy to see you from 15th June 2020 onwards.
Our Online Booking System has now been Re-Opened. Someone from our friendly team will contact you to confirm your booking once it has been made, and to go through a few health and safety questions before you come in to the practice. Our full COVID-19 Policy is available on our website and it explains what measures we have taken to ensure you and our team will be safe once we re-open.
We appreciate the last few months have been difficult and everyone has had their lives affected by COVID-19 in some way or another. But we are so looking forward to seeing you again soon and we want to assure you, our patients, that your health and safety will always be our priority. As a small, Independent Opticians we have always operated on a ‘Quality over Quantity’ ethos and that is stronger now than ever. By only allowing a limited number of people into the practice at a time you can be confident that you will be in safe hands.
We appreciate all the support we have received from our lovely patients and although we have only been open for a few months, we already feel like we are a part of the community here in Cobham. Please remember to continue to support small Local Independent Businesses like ours.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
All the best
